2 Rue Roger Verlomme, Paris
I didn't want the night to end. I wanted to find a way to keep that warm sping air in my lungs and wine in my veins.
Chez Janou.
Covered in bright yellow paint, just a few small tables outside under
the chestnat trees. Small talk and laughter, plates of food brought
outside, moments of life. Just another night in Paris when all you need
to know is that life is good.
With a delicious red in my hand I asked the bartender, 'tell me about
French wine'. He looked at me with his dark southern eyes sparkling
with laughter. 'All you need to know is that there are two types of
wine, French and all others.'
How simple I thought, life is good when its simple.
